As customers of Score you may opt in to use our integrations with third party vendors to enhance the capabilities of the services delivered. We may engage and use third party companies to process personal data on behalf of Sowl Labs Private Limited d/b/a Score. Purpose: Customer interactions for evaluation.

Data Stored:

  • Helpdesk URL

  • Audio recordings of customer interactions available through links present in metadata of Tickets

  • Ticket titles, descriptions and metadata

  • Ticket custom fields and their values

  • Agent metadata such as emails, names and unique IDs

KaptureCX

Purpose: Customer interactions for evaluation.

Data Stored:

  • API Key

  • Kapture subdomain

  • Audio recordings of customer interactions available through links present in metadata of Tickets

  • Ticket titles, descriptions and metadata

  • Ticket custom fields and their values

  • Agent metadata such as emails, names and unique IDs

Ameyo

Purpose: Customer interactions for evaluation.

  • Authorization token

  • Host, port and protocol

  • Audio recordings of customer interactions available through links present in metadata of Tickets

  • User metadata such as emails, names and unique IDs
